Hello all,

ich just checked the Pouch website and it seems that the single seater E65 is no longer available. They show a new LE 14 single seater, at a much higher price. E 65 was 1999 Euros. The new boat is 2890 Euros. More at:

Gerhard,

Indeed, Pouch discontinued the E65. However Kanuladen Mating still has them listed on their web site:

Call them? And let us know!
Lastly, Pouch "should" be able to make you one... After all, the parts should be readily available to them.

Good luck,

Chris

Hello Chris,

this seems to be the last one new available, but it is 300 Euros expensiver than the last price Pouch had asked when it was the last time on the price list.

Now I found an other good one for me, some 30 years old, but in very nice condition. Have a look:

Looks Great!

There is a glossiness to the hull, last picture, which doesn't look quite natural. I'd ask the seller about this...

Good luck,

d

Gerhard,

Yes, older Pouch E65's come up regularly for sale on both the German eBay and eBay Kleinanzeigen (classifieds). Some even claimed as being NOS of the last production version.
Important differences between the versions are how the frame went together, type of PVC used in the hull and for the last version a much improved (?) hardware package.
But, to get back to availability of a new E65, I would ask Pouch directly if they are willing to make a custom E65, if that is what you are interested in!

Chris

Pouch just reinvented the E65 for the market. With smaller package size and more modern construction. It was on presentation in Leipzig, Germany these weeks. But almost no picture references available yet... strangely.

Assuming you have the photo on line somewhere, type in the link to the photo, highlight it, and click on the IMG button above.

128kb is way too restricting in uploading pictures... isn't that setting a bit... obsolete?
