With a folder you can go almost anywhere, and this list makes the point very well. But one spectakular destination that is left out here is Norway. The coast is fantastic and uncrowded almost anywhere, and so long as you stay west and south of the North Cape, you can find sheltered areas. There is public transportation that can take you and your folder wherever you want to go. Norway can be expensive if you eat in restaurants, and alcohol is never cheap, but if you get your food out of grocery stores it is reasonable - camping is free. Just don't make it obvious that you have been there. I could make some suggestions, but that would leave a lot out. Use your imagination. And you can fly there cheaply on Norwegian.

What are else places you can suggest going to Norway besides Lofoten?

There are many. One popular area is Helgeland - lots of small islands, and easy access. But to escape high-traffic destinations, start exploring with a map - or Google Earth.

I agree. There is so many fjords and lots of them feel pretty remote even if there is road access. You can go basically anywhere and paddle. Very pretty. Weather is not always so good though.
If you stick to camping, cook your own meal and rent a car in Sweden, it can be not too expensive.
