Greetings

Post by GregofDelaware »

Hello.

I am form Delaware, on the US east coast. Typically paddling around the Delmarva Peninsula. I am curious about folding kayaks and may want to add one to our fleet. Currently we use P&H Cetus kayaks.

Welcome,

I don’t have near the experience as others in the forum but would be happy to answer questions, take pics of my kayak features, etc.... I’m a Long Haul kayak sailor if you need info on that.

Cheers,

Kevin

Welcome aboard Greg!
Delmarva looks like a real paddling Mecca. We visit annually, I generally bring my rigid double paddle canoe and sail rig.

Hi,
I am in Washington D.C. I hope to take my old beat up recently acquired Klepper Aerius out on the Potomac.

GregofDelaware, I am in Bethany Beach and have a Tyne tandem kayak for which I would like to find a good home. My Tyne is old, i.e., from 1974, but is in good shape for its age. The wood frame is in great shape except for one piece that has a crack that needs repair. The skin is scuffed and I haven't done a good job of cosmetic patches but it is watertight. It's missing the rudder gudgeon. I even have the splash apron. I'll accept any reasonable offer.
