Question about patching a puncture in a sevylor Tahiti K 79.

Its an old version with Boston Valves. I bought it second hand and it seems it was not in such a good state.
The pvc is pretty 'hard' and not so flexible anymore and I found one small puncture.

How easy is it to fix? its a small puncture so like a needle size.
Is it possible to buy whatever PVC material and PVC glue or does it has to be
the Sevylor PVC material? I have no real experience with fixing inflatables and was wondering
if you have to use the Sevylor material or if there are other ways to fix these type of boats?

If it's just a needle-sized hole then a dob of aquaseal will fix it just fine

I'm sure aquaseal will work well. Alternatively, Sevylor recommends either their proprietary AirSeal product or using the repair patches in the Spare Parts kit. Both of which you can buy from here if you're in the US http://www.sevylor.com/Accessories-C45.aspx

For people with a better chemical knowledge than mine: would "Formula 303" help to restore the PVC on that inflatable so that it is more pliable?

Are they good enough or they do not last long enough?

About the PVC, it seems the boat was not really well taken care off so it feels very stiff the plastic
can you "massage" this with a product to make it a bit more healthy again? Looks like the formula 303 is

Unfortunately I cannot find aquaseal here in Australia....

In Australia you can get Bostik 1669 Heat-Activated Contact Adhesive, the equivalent of the H66 glue Tom Yost used on his PVC folders and inflatables. Google Yost and H66 for instruction on how to use it together with PVC patches and a heat gun

Google "Mcnett Aquaseal". Plenty of dive and marine shops in Oz seem to sell it
