I was just interested to stumble across Atlatl's being sold on German ebay.

Is the company still going, or are they liquidating stock? (I can't afford another boat at present anyway, but was curious and thought it might interest others here.)
All the best,
Ian

They are defunct. I may go to Qingdao next week and see if Boatory is still around. I can say that that boat for sale is overpriced. I sold my Atatl, but for around $500 US it is a good boat. See my review.

Thanks, Chuck. Just wondered. (For $500 even my interest might have been piqued.) ;-)
All the best,
Ian

Actually, I may well have the last new, unused Atlatl sitting in my garage. Are you anywhere near Detroit?

Have any of you visited Ning Wang recently in Qingdao? The last time I met him was in 2005, and it seemed then that he might be folding the company. He told me that he had just accepted a job with a logsitics company and was starting the next week. It seemed that sales were not going too well. I think I have his e-mail address here still, and will try to contact him to see what he's up to these days. Here's a photo taken with him in Qingdao in 2005. Nice gentleman. I hope he is doing well. :D

I've still got a brand-new Atlatl for sale. Or swap. Anyone? ;-)
