kayaksailor web site

Post by john allsop »

I have just been on the kayaksailor web site and as well as reading their experience with whales i looked in the gallery (not been there for a while). Take a look, virtually all the folders have now been outfitted by their owners with the kayaksailor rig and some done very well indeed. Kayaksailor is now all over the world.

OK, so they are not folders, but the video of sailing with the whales is very cool. It is at the bottom of the blog: http://kayaksailor.com/sailing-with-leviathans/

Very nice video, I'm very envious of the marine life encounters I see on Canadian/Alaskan videos.
BTW i think they are in pakboat XT folders

What i intended was that us owners of folders could see that the kayaksailor rig will go onto folders. Looking in the gallery at "your photos" shows the rigs on , Feathercraft, Nautiraid, Kleppers, Pakboats, Folbot and inflatables. So although it was probably thought up for hard shells it has been very well mounted on folders with some excellent home made mounts. For Kleppers, Klepper America sells a mount with the sail if anyone dosn,t want to make their own mount.
