Unidentified Feathercraft Khatsalano parts

I'm having great difficulty trying to get a photo uploaded. I have a 2000-vintage Feathercraft Khatsalalo that I need to sell. In the process of getting it reassembled for photos, I found four unidentified pieces in the bag. Does anyone know what these things are for?

I believe those are hip and thigh braces, they should strap to the frame tubes,

Hi,
I'm not saying g is wrong but they look familiar. I think I have a pair with my K-1 that I (sadly) haven't used in a while. I believe they were optional and were placed on the front cockpit rib on the inside bend where your legs would rest. For some people this was an uncomfortable area to have contact with the rib so Feathercraft sold these to alleviate that.

Thank you for your quick replies. I will investigate these ideas next week when I put in for a paddle.

These are leg rests. The idea is that they wrap around the ribs to prevent pressure points on the legs.

This is only an issue for paddlers of certain heights, where the legs happen to hit the rib and cause discomfort. I use these on my Khatsalano.

Yep, I stand corrected, these are leg braces. You can see how they attach if you look carefully at the feathercraft schematic, here: http://feathercraft.com/coaming/

I have a heron with the same accessories that are used to support your legs, but a kasalano owned by a friend of mine doesn't have such accessories, which I find strange.
