Post subject: Custom made RZ 85

One german company introduced the custom made 6.6m long version of the RZ 85, either three or four seater. I am not involved with that company and can't tell any review, but i think it is an interesting news. Type strongus longus pouch into your websearch and use the bottom link. The benefit is that beside the long hull, you can still use your old 5.5m hull as one option.

Very interesting. There are vey few family-folders - I can't recall any except for Klepper XXL and some Russian models. This unknown company sells complete 4-seater for 2100 Euros, and 3-seater for 2000 - I think this is half price of Klepper XXL. For those who already have RZ-85, they offer the extension wooden parts and longer hull for 1300 Euro. No name of the company, only email, telephone and address: 38122 Braunschweig RĂ¼ningen Thiedestr. 22 directly at B 248. They also sell some other used boats - inflatables, power boats etc.

That is a great site! I dropped it into Google's translater-- first time I've tried it, and it worked very well.

The company is not unknown: it is Boote Stark

They have a huge stock on unsed and new folding kaykas of the brands:

Singles and tandems are avaliable, as well as the RZ 85 strongus longus. Too bad, that they dont have the Pouch eskimo kayak

They have any kinds of spareparts, bags and carts, sails and outboard engines for folding kayaks. They do repairs also.

The strongus longus looks a lot better than the infamous 3 seater from Russia!

I'd like to get one of those, too. Also have had a look at some of the sail rigs they're selling - I kind of like that funky batwing Pouch sailrig. Chris
